Where can I get...?
If you would like to find custom content used in any of my The Sims 2 stories, you'll find many of my favorite, and most often used custom content creators listed under Custom Content Sites above or you can visit the WCIF topic at Live Journal.
As for anything I use with The Sims 3, it's available through the base game, EP's, SP's and Sims 3 Store content. I do not use Custom Content or Hacks in the telling of my TS3 stories.

Yup, c'est moi. Can't you tell by the red Chucks? ;) Imagine my surprise when I stopped coloring my hair and discovered I'd actually gone gray. Thought I'd just pass that little fact onto my self-Sim. :)
I wish my desk was that neat, although it's close. What I really wish was that my workspace was so nice. Believe me, my space doesn't come close.
I agree, that's quite a cozy spot your sim self has for doing a bit of writing over the holidays!
And I can't tell you how much I envy her the fireplace. Warmth without bundling up would be wonderful.
I guess you could call that a dream writing place. ;D
